There should be an item - be it a cash shop item or a guild quest item that lets you downgrade monoliths so that you can restat tech points elsewhere.

The game lets you change pretty much everything else- personal stats, rerolling of stats on gear etc.... it does not make sense that guild base tech points are set in stone forever when this game is constantly changing. As the game changes, so do the needs of the players.

    You can downgrade monoliths as it is... it's restating tech points you can't do.

    I know you can downgrade monoliths... it only gives you back the mats used.... which is a pointless feature. As I see it downgrading monoliths was for the purpose to get the tech points back... but it was never implemented.

    We need this. Guild bases are over a year old... game has changed, player needs have changed. Let us change our guild base.
