    Support staff doesn't read the forum, they're too busy dealing with the ticket backlog.

    If you've sent a ticket, you typically need to wait 3-5 business days for a response (and sending a new one bumps you to the back of the line.)

    If for whatever reason you can't send a ticket, then PM synchroze, our interim community manager.

    try sending a ticket and hope they will response to you sooner.. but it usually takes 3-5 days though for them to reply.b:surrender
