    by12am eastern time? so guess i wont be playing tonite some of us have to work tomorrow thanks alot pwi next time you do an update try not to **** up peoples ability to connect to the server .

    hello, I can not to log in with my account to none of us west servers and europe, but if I can logging of the three of us east server. What's the problem?

    Affecting more than one PWE game from what i read in other threads.
    Pre release Arc software causing problems maybe?
    Is this what we gonna cop if we do not use Arc?

    Update 18:05 PDT: Our engineers are still working on the issue. Certain accounts have been affected and still experiencing issues with trying to log in. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience in this matter.

    Update 15:30 PDT: Some users may still be experiencing issues logging in. We are still working to fix the lingering problems and hope to have it completely resolved soon. We thank you for your patience while we work through this.

    It has been brought to our attention that some users are experiencing issues logging into the game. We are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime please be patient while we work to find a resolution to the problem.

    So.. is this the support and job the staff gives to costumers? cant this game get REAL ENGINEERS with all the money that users put in it?

    Come on! SOME USERS? WTH IS THIS? do u think we r **** people? SOME USERS???, HAVE IDENTIFIES THE PROBLEM? that way hard to find where is the problem while everybody is saying "LOGGIN ISSUES", lemme guess, ur "ENGINEERS" found pwi got "LOGGING ISSUES", right?

    Every1 do not blame pwi I have received word that some1 tried to **** the main big server that runs all the servers so that is y we r not able to log I am not sure if this is true this is only what I've heard

    Clearly you do not read other posts......all servers will return by 12 a.m eastern

    that is not true....during maintenance they over looked errors is all and they had to run back through all the codes and scripts and find where the error with the log in servers were placed....

    Right Pokie, let's fix the problem with rumors. The new server change messed up my game completely anyway. Just consider this an exaggerated lag. That's what I've been playing with ever since the big update. And no, it's not my own server or connection. I'm used to 10 second lags, but not one that last hours...
