How do you change the writing written under your name ?

Ok so, look at my name, it says under my name and server "Perfect World User" I see some people have some other stuff written there, things they want, not the simple perfect world user sentence. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how you change that writing. Thanks for anyone willing to tell me how b:thanks
