Update 18:05 PDT: Our engineers are still working on the issue. Certain accounts have been affected and still experiencing issues with trying to log in. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience in this matter.

It has been brought to our attention that some users are experiencing issues logging into the game. We are investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved soon. In the meantime please be patient while we work to find a resolution to the problem.

I will update this thread when I get more information.

    For ones there doesn't seem to be a problem with Morai :D

    Well, I can't login to any servers. I suggest you restart the servers and see if it helps.

    My wife does not use arc and she can logg on, I use arc and I cant Logg... is this a problem?

    But I have friends on facebook who have managed to login with no issues. Maybe it is related to my location or some ISP that I route through.

    The update, no matter how vague and unhelpful in general it may be, is much appreciated. No response just makes people angry, where as taking five minutes to give us a heads up, will help simmer most of us down to a manageable level. Just keep us in the loop of things.
