Cant connect to any server

Whenever I log in, "Disconnected from server" message pops up before I see my characters.
It is not a server or account problem as I have checked with other accounts and servers. Please help!!b:cry

Can't log into Heaven's Tear today - after a few secs it says "Server Network Error".
