    +10 tt80 gear vastly outclass +5 tt90 gears... and I will have no problem defending 3 of the elements with +5 TT90 gears. If I can do so in +5 tt90 gears, there is no reason to doubt that I won't be able to defend in +10 tt80s.

    Hmm.
    I don't think the entry level or, in other words, the level required to enter an instance necessarily means that you should be able to do it.

    Yes, Abaddon and Seat of Torment are available at lvl90+ but look at other instances as well. Warsong requires lvl80+ and at lvl85+ you can do Rebirth Order Delta. TT3-x can be opened at lvl88+ and so on.

    The truth is, however, that nobody goes in with a full lvl85 squad to do Delta or Warsong. People with high refines at such low levels can probably perform well but that's a rare case and alts having a Warsoul weapon like mentioned by someone is an even rarer case.

    The issue isn't really the level per se but the gear (including shards & refines*) available at any given level range. Skills play a role too, of course.

    Another thing to keep in mind is that a lot of people are power leveling alts nowadays and those alts tend to be..horribly undergeared until they usually hit lvl100 so they can share the gear of their main. I've seen lvl100 toons running around with dreamchaser pack gear if that's not bad enough, so let's not even mention the under lvl100 under geared alts.

    Either way, I just wanted to give an explanation (or at least what I believe) why people usually look for other lvl100s when it comes to instances like these. I wouldn't personally mind a lvl9x or two in my weekly squad but I would certainly not attempt to do a full lvl9x weekly Abaddon or Seat of Torment run.

    *I know refines are available at any level but most people don't refine highly due to leveling up too fast.

    When you are claiming that you do just as well at lvl 91 actually makes me think you have never even played a 101 character rather instead of you being so skilled that you can make up for the lack of everything.

    not much difference between 91 and 100 really. who you kidding but yourself.
