For those with questions about core connect and token shop

I like many of you have been attempting to redeem the tokens before the end of the month to no avail... I have had tickets in on all my accounts. I received a response today I find very interesting... here is is copied from my reply to my email...

OK now did I or did I not tell them what items, what character and what server in my original message??? There is only 1 female clothing set available.... Please, workers of these tickets, PLEASE stop wasting more of your time and my time to send me an answer such as you did. I already gave you all the information you needed to fix the issue!!!!

Is anyone else having the same problem??? I just want my items as I again tried today to get them and keep getting the same error as every day on each of my accounts I have tried to cash them in on. I am beyond frustrated...

    I've had the same exact problem on all my accounts. I sent in the same information and etc, and they sent me a list of information the needed ( My character name, server, the full item name, and the quantity) All of which i put into every ticket.

    HOWEVER; I just tried it on a couple of different accounts and the token shop seems to be in working order now. It could be working right because the servers are down, or they could have fixed it ( Which seems unlikely). I, myself, believe it was a problem with the core connect trying to connect to the game servers and it just not working.

    Anywho, either redeem them yourself or see if they'll send them manually, but it's working for me now, so good luck and 'May the Colors be ever in your Favor' c: ( Yeah, corny i know but eh.. im bored.)

    After hearing the news about the token shop closing, I tried multiple times per day to use up all the tokens on my remaining accounts, and got error messages every time.

    After 14 days of trying. It worked at 2:40 am today. How about that? o.o

    I've been trying to redeem items for a couple weeks now myself. After reading this thread I gave it a try and I've been able to redeem items now. Hooray! I hope that this is the case for everybody else who hasn't been able to redeem anything this entire time.

    (people that don't send their information) * (stuff time to ask them to send their information) > (people that send their information) * (their time wasted by sending again their information the response was automated)

    First, it's against the forum's rules to post a ticket reply on the forum.

    They need the name of the items, ''the female clothing set'' is not specific, it could mean the coat and pants or the coat and boots or the coat, boots and pants, you didn't said the full female clothing set, plus people don't call that clothing, but fashion.

    To send the items they need the name, they cannot click on ''female set of clothing'', you waste your own time and their time by not being specific, they cannot read your mind, don't blame them for your own ignorance.

    Those people don't play the game, they don't know which fash is for male or female, did you ever think in your head that maybe they don't see the images like you, but just see the name of the items? They have more to do than remember which fashion is male or female.

    Mods and GM cares.

    For them a ticket is considered as a private conversation and the forum is considered public, posting private conversation without both sides consent is against the forum rules.

    Would you like people to put your private conversations in the news paper without your permission? I don't think so and it's the same for everyone.

    It's about respect.

    In that case the OP used that private conversation to try to show that the staff was incompetent while she was the one that was wrong in her story.

    Does the staff is always right? No, they are humans like us, but it's not a reason for people to come here post a private conversation and say ''Haha he suck''.

    a lot of people are more than likely hammering the token shop to get the items before it closes. there is no telling how many accounts there are here lol. I got mine done on my 2 accounts

    I received what I requested. I provided what I wanted, the amount of Achievement Points it would take, which character to send it to, and which server. Upon requesting so, I received a response saying the items would be sent to me with the next maintenance,
    wrote:
