How can i know if my account is being **** i have lost a blue vampire top, black beach top and heels, bikini bottom that is dark green. How can i find out who has **** it, its on this account i have no gave my info away.b:cry

    put in a support ticket. with the trend that they have been doing lately they will probably say they cant do anything to help you. just depends who gets your ticket

    Ok it been a week on my other ticket dont get why it takes so long i only played game for 2 years.

    If you sent a new ticket before get a answer to the first one, that put you back at the end of the line.

    Do not send a other ticket and wait a new 4-5 business days.

    I would change your password in the meantime.

    It could just be a glitch because i noticed my black heels went missing and i didn't do anything with them nore give them to anybody or give out my info.

    I changed my password and everything seems fine, nothing else was taken.
    Change your e-mail to if somebodys knows it.

    It is not uncommon for items to disappear after server updates. Someone told me this years ago and I thought they were being paranoid, until I went looking for an item in my bank one day and realized it wasn't there. Since then I have noticed other things disappear from my account on occasion (including the entire wardrobe from one character at one point).

    Every time, I just send a support ticket and tell them what item disappeared and when it disappeared. They can check their item logs and verify that you had the item and didn't get rid of it (trade or drop or sell). Every single item that ever disappeared on me has been replaced by support staff. The unfortunate part is they don't track this for you, so if you don't notice it missing and report it, it will never get replaced. (Note that if someone else accessed your account and took the item, they probably will not replace it.)

    If you can remember what is what just by looking at the icons, I would suggest taking a screenshot of your bag, wardrobe, bank, cupboard, and stash before every server update and do a quick comparison after the update to make sure nothing is missing.
