Issues with Token Shop

I've tried to redeem the achievement tokens on several accounts lately, now that i know that it's going to be removed in a few weeks, however it gives me an error every time.

"Sorry _______, An error occured during your transaction.

Sorry, failed to send item. Please try again."

I've tried sending it to different characters as well as different accounts. I've also emptied my mailboxes, in case that was the problem, but no such luck.

Edit: Also tried alternate browsers. yet no luck whatsoever.

    Send a ticket and send it before they close the token shop.

    Yeah, i did. i sent in a ticket from each account that is having the problem, which just happens to be all of them :/

    Yea some people have that issue and others don't have it. At that point since that's gonna close soon I don't think they will bother to fix it, so the safest way is to send a ticket like you did. =)
