Hey ppl, i know imma idiot :c

But i've a question;
When i wrote a Ticket and get the answer:

" In order to change your account's registered email address, we will need to confirm the following pieces of information:
PWE registered Account Name:
PWE forum Nickname:
PWE registered Full Name (First, Last):
PWE Account's Current Registered Email Address:
PWE registered Date of Birth:
PWE registered Country:
PWE registered SECRET QUESTION AND ANSWER:
Your current IP address (go to www.whatismyipaddress.com to get this):
PWE registered Email address you want it changed to: "


Should i just Update the actuall Ticket and answer the questions or
should i write a new Ticket with the Text + Answers ?

(Sry for my bad engl.)

pls help me i'm confused foxy alone

    So just reply to their response to your ticket with all of the relevant information.
    -Don't bother sending in a New Ticket, Respond to your current on-going set of Tickets.

    Just to say that i recieved this ticket last week and just update the ticket and 2 days after i have my password's account changed. , i think i answerd some question wrong...so br carefull

    u mean they change the password for safety or they misunderstood ur ticket? o.o

    uh, my actual email were **** so i cant login there anymore.
    and i wouldn't see my new password cuz they send it via mail, right?

    What i Am trying to say is be carefull when answeeing the questions they have sent because i answerd one wrong and they changed my password dont know why, because i was trying to change my e-mail that o dont have access anymore as well

    They change the password automatically when they change the email associated with the account. When you open the login page, click on the forgot/recover password link and they should send you an email to your new email account that will allow you to reset your password
