Mood skills: detailed information

Hey guys, since Ecatomb is not fully updated and the spreadsheet is mostly about general information of the mood list and the skills they have I figured we should have a thread to talk about various levels of mood skills and anything else concerning them so we have the information concentrated somewhere.

So, post anything you find and think is useful.
This can include cooldowns, description, channeling/casting times, usefulness, differences among levels, personal testing, bugs etc.

    Concerning Mood Skill Levels
talking about star, my herc have * (the star sign is like star sign for g16 nirvana or Oht armor g13) and his mood is righteous, the skill wraithslayer 5/5 and demon hunting 5/5. when i got rightesus for max level i wasnt too happy because its for pve. but after i use my herc in full delta, i am happy to keep the skill, because my herc can steal and keep agro and my squad at that time have r9 recast +10 seeker. although i have to heal often in delta but still i am happy that he can be a great tanker.

My nix on the other hand have * (the star sign is like star for 1 star to 3 star armor) and the mood is chivalrous, skill: soul eating 3/4 and mind 2/3

and here is the link for herc:
    http://www.flickr.com/photos/89699523@N06/9340319202/in/photostream/lightbox/

and about the SS, here is the link for nix: http://www.flickr.com/photos/89699523@N06/9340319754/lightbox/

Seems like a Full Star is for Moods whose skill levels are maxed. It is undetermined exactly what makes a Hollow Star. So far, it seems most Hollow Stars have 62.5% (though that's an odd number...) or higher of the possible max Skill Level listed in the Mood List. I'll use this as an example (basic calculations in red, I'm not a mathematician lol):
Ooooh interesting indeed. The star struck me odd in some way, yea, but I didn't make the connection o_o

    Let's see:
    Herc - * Staunch - Regeneration 6/9 | Unyielding 3/4 9/13 69.2%
    Kowlin - * Cordial - Morale 2/3 | Flame Fist 3/5 5/8 62.5%
    Dino - Insane - Craze 2/6 | Wraithslayer 3/5 5/11 45.45%
    Phoenix - Righteous - Demon Hunting 3/5 | Wraithslayer 3/5 6/10 60%
I'm only guessing, so this % theory could possibly be wrong. Hoping others chime in with their Hollow and Full Stars. My herc is the only one with a Star (Hollow one) and is identical to Xainou's.

It seems to me that the progress of mood skills is that hollow star is midway between no star and solid star, not percentage based, so for instance regeneration goes 3/6/9 while unyielding goes 2/3/4 and flame fist, wrathslayer and demon hunting go 3/4/5.

I remember I posted in the other thread, but the first mood I got on my Giant had a broken skill, I don't know if someone else got that mood and can confirm it. (that mood can also be get on Supreme Walker and Flaming Crystal, GZ to the devs to make a skill doing more damage on target in the air for pets that don't fly and are usually use as tank...)

Mood Brave on Giant. (Supreme walker and Flaming Crystal too)

    Shocking Sky:
    Chan: 0.2 seconds
    Cast: 1.0 seconds
    Cooldown: 1.0 seconds

Inflict physical damage equal to 90% your physical base damage. deal 3X damage to targets in sky.

First bug the Cooldown was actually 30 seconds and not 1 second. Second bug the skill was doing less damage (1k less) than if my Giant auto attack without any skill.

The mood calm also have that skill, I know Imperial Skeleton can have that mood. Then again GZ devs on putting a skill like that on a ground pet.

So if anyone get the mood calm or brave please test it so we can confirm that the description isn't right.

@ kenpachi & Mayfly - Well, that's quite interesting and it does make sense. Not sure if the % thing is true but it seems kinda logical to me to get a hollow star for having average or over-the-average mood skill level and having a full star for max level of the mood skills.

@ Bella - I noticed that too, which I found it odd when I saw that mood being available for ground pets. It doesn't make sense at all.
Someone else has reported the cooldown being 30 seconds instead of 1 second so you're correct on that.

Regeneration Every 3 seconds recover 9% of max HP for 30 seconds.

Oh thank goodness; Desdi, I can finally find your spreadsheet whenever I want to look at it now without digging into pages of the mood thread OTL I had no idea where it was before at all sdkignsdgn.

Alright, so... it looks like on the Mood List, it shows all the maximum possible values, since solid star seems to be 'all max level skills' and all the list has solid stars? (also that list tends to have higher levels than the ones that we actually get/the same as if we're lucky, and I think that was the theory somewhere else but I don't remember who said it, or where.) And that hollow stars are sort of median levels while no star levels are far from max?
If that's the case... the max level of howl on the skill list is three, so why are you guys saying it's only a level one skill OTL? (level three being 12 meters and 100% attack power damage) Is it only level one for herc? since it has three for the kowlin, at least. (edits:: Oh wait no I saw Mayfly's post, okay the thing about howl makes more sense now.)

    Here's my moods/star status:

Drizzy: No-star Acute. Level 2 bloodthirst; level 1 spirit.

Nix: Hollow star Cunning. Level 3 corroding; level 5 ghost. <3

Dino: No-star Radical. Level 1 morale; level 3 demon hunting.

Toad: Hollow Star Chivalrous. Level 3 soul eating; level 2 mind. OTL

Yep: I was ignorant. Level 2 Howl, and L 6 provoking. Its far better for aggro than I would expect. Giant died in RB; I revived it; mobs were ~3/4 dead and it got aggro back fast. Anyone considering trying for higher level of this mood should test it out first to see if they actually need it.
