i Can't Connect to any US WEST server

i can't seem to connect to any of those lost city servers. says unable to connect to server :S is this cuz of the new maintenance ? plz help it's been 5 days now i can't enter pwi..

if the thing is the bann from some contry then it's not a question of the game it's the question of the server cuz only the servers r in "US west" list not working cuz in US est server r working fine with me even Europe server. anyhow it's been more then 5 days now i haven't played it i need an answer to this problem as soon as possible plz.

PS : i tried the firewall thingy and the antivirus thingy as well so the problem not them D: as i can make the folder of pwi a special non scanned item with the antivirus and an allowed thing with the firewall i turn them both off but still ........

    1).Run the game with Administrator privilege.
    2).Make sure no other program is conflicting or interrupting with PWI.
    3).Run "Verify" 3 times in a row(it might take some time depending on your system).
    --> You can try flushing your DNS to help with connection issues.

    1) Press the Windows Key + R

    Should bring up Run window.

    2) Type in cmd and press Enter

    A black command prompt window should appear.

    3) Type in ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

    Run a traceroute to PWI servers :-

    1) In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search > type in "cmd"
    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast2.perfectworld.com (You can also use any of the IP addresses to our servers listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast2.perfectworld.com"
    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4) Right Click on the window
    5) Select the "Select all" option
    6) Hit "Enter"
    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.

    it doesn't let me copy all that writing at all i tried 4 times may be the browser problem anyhow i took an image of the patcher not connected to server and the process u told me to do

    That happened to me before, i reset my firewall and it fixed it.

    Shut down your PC and modem for a few minutes. Turn on your modem, then turn on your PC and try again.

    tried that 1000 times it's not it. tho the first picture that shows a problem with the patcher now i got it working i think the Support team fixed something little about my problem so i can run the verify files... but still can't be able to see the ping and stuf in us west servers

    i have tried everything posted here from the firewall to the reset to the cmd thing nothing has worked i spend money on this game often and not being able to log my character without restarting the game 20 times is very very annoying please help me fix thisb:thanks

    i cant seem to uninstall the game to redownload it either so i dont know what else to try?
