Wierd glitch while dual log?

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or if it was intended, but when I dual log (Same computer) the window that I'm not actively on moves very very slowly, like half speed or something. It even flys very slowly too, a basic wing you get at level 30 flys faster than 3.0 speed wings. It's really wierd but the speed goes back to normal when I go to that window, but slows down again when I switch from that window.
Is there any kind of solution to this? or is this how it was intended to be to make dual log not so desirable?

It happens when the clients are running in full screen mode. It didn't happen with my old PC, it it does with my current one. Running in windowed mode should solve that problem but has it's own annoyances.0

Doesn't matter if your computer is a beast. It's an intended feature. I don't remember where, but early on I ran across it noted that any time you have your window in the background, all movement will be slowed to half. Why this doesn't happen in windowed mode I couldn't possibly say.0 -
What happens is commonly called 'memory fragmentation'
Lets say you have elementclient.exe (a) and elementclient.exe (b)
Process (a) loads 50MB of memory, then (b) loads 100MB then (a) loads other 80MB, then (b) releases 20MB and so on...
This will cause the data to be all messed
[aaaaaabbbbaaabbbaaaaabbbaaaaaaabbbbbbbbbaaaaaaa] (being that each character would be a block of data from one of the processes.
So the program would have to make a wider scan to your memory to find data it needs, causing it to get slower than usual.
Thats normal.
PS: Even tho memory is fragmented, if your processor is a 3.2ghz core 2 duo or higher, you wont have that problem. (assuming your RAM is DDR3) And also, Angelica engine barely uses your graphics card memory.
I do use an old laptop as secondary login \o\[S.E.V.C.H.E.N.K.O]
