Go R9 or keep G16

so my question is it worth it to get R9 wep to farm (TT , etc) or keep the G16 wep

    Depends on your monthly disposable income. How can we answer this for you ?

    being sage, having -interval helps out alot even though r9rs3 will out dps it. if all you doing is farming for other toons then no, stay with g16. if your end game is full r9(reforged or not) gear for your sin, go a head and farm for your needed items.

    the real question is, what do you need it for?

    Well it should give some more attack levels and GOF right ? And since you dont have any -int on the other one to lose... I suppose its better.

    If its worth it for you? no idea....

    ty for answering the sin is my main and im not planning to pvp
    but sometimes im doing NW i was planning to get R9 wep cuz i want more damage to solo faster
    so i think i will keep the G16

    yes, if you eventually reforge the r9 to s3, then it would out dps the g16's, but damage is not always everything. With int on your niv's you get a bit more aps, which gives more constant heals and the ability to somewhat be perma sparked with windshield. I suggest once you get your gear to where you want it, go a head and get r9 daggers for nw, it is a superior all around weapon.

    Decreased physical damage taken +0.05% is supposed to be -0.05 int right lol?

    And farming wise unless you have r8r with -int enough to keep 3.33 base R9 demon sin then G16 is better. With that kind of gear it shouldn't be too hard to farm a separate R9 pvp set, but then you don't pvp at all (so you say) so no need to bother with that

    Honestly, r9t3 would be a waste for pve since the N3s do about the same dps (3.33 is 16% more aps than 2.86 r9t3 would be but r9t3 would have about 15% more dph) and N3 give you better survivability because of more chi, more sparks/heals, and your damage isn't dependant on 20% of your attacks zerking and removing 5% your hp. The only real reason to get r9t3 daggers would be for the range and for aoe situations.

    With the potential to upgrade to 4 aps and permaspark the dps would go much higher than r9t3 would give you at 2.86 for farming purposes (about 25% more dps).

    If you're dead set on ONLY farming go t3. If you're unsure then go r9.

    The money you spend on r9rr wep could be spent sharding and refining ur defences, Hell an int tome is cheaper than the Gst's require.

    if u more in farming n little into pvp get more refine in armor n +12 in wep u will get faster in pve n also will help out in pvp..

    Meh, my sin is currently full +10, almost fully endgame sharded, with N3+12 daggers. Its pretty amazing PvE build but if you are interested to PvP at all, go R9T3 instead of refining N3 to +12. On Archosaur +10->12 is bout 300m and farming that back takes time before you even start making money out of that upgrade. +12ing N3 daggers is rarely a good option, my farming amounts are barely there to make it worth it for me and mind you I farmed ~1.5b last 2x.
