Getting private messages Spam in game

Hi,
Playing on Morai server now.
Everytime a char off mine aproaches archosauer, Platform, i get privat messege on chars.

    Just Submit a Ticket with that screenshot to Customer Support>Report Violation>Spammer get that person BANNED FOREVER. b:angry

    The authorities have been notified; the best we can do is wait while they investigate in it.

    In the meantime, please block this spammer by doing the following:

    Press F to open up your friendlist. From there, go to your blacklist, and filter private messages by blocking them for anyone under level 60 or 70. A spammer wouldn't take the time and go into the trouble of leveling a character so high just to spam people.

    i got the same message today a few times on Sanctuary server, but only on 1 char

    @Skaitavia: shall i send a ticket or is it enough that they know now?

    I tryed to block list the player and it saying does not exist or is not on online but he/she is on when I tryed to block the player. Not sure if this will help out but hope it dose
