Ive been playing a couple of other games, where:

You pick the dungeon / instance you want to go to and be matched with players with similar level and required classes for the dungeon/instance

This is REALLY COOL.

No waiting to get into an instance (or not long)

You go into a room with the other characters who also want to go along, and click ready when ready.

Person can also create private rooms, and room creator can kick people out who are troublemakers.

Really great system, in a game that's been almost impossible (sometimes) in the past to get a team together to where you want to go. This would bring back a lot of interest to this game.

NO! Those games have the absolute WORST populations and the PUG (pick-up-group) mechanic is one of the contributing factors. It also makes dungeons really awful experiences. Sure, in PWI it would save people teles, but it's still not worth it. I would rather spend 200k WCing for a squad than use a PUG mechanic to be set up with random people in a non-intelligent way that doesn't account for gear or skill disparity and forces certain classes into every squad. NO.

Your argument would work better if you had actual facts. Instead of making up emotional responses, you should try to make a more logical argument.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea. seems like it would save some time and effort into making the squad. to be honest its a freaking pain putting over 15 teles in world chat to try to make a squad just to have one person join in and then leave 3-5 seconds later b:surrender then having to start all over again from the top. f:fume
