Is the DQ page down? I npc'd a bunch of DQs this morning and my points never went up. b:sad

    DQ reward page is always lagging to update the points. It's a known issue all you can do is Submit a Ticket but wait 2-3 days before submitting see if they're updated or not.

    hmmm looks like it didn't update mine as well

    i npced yesterday about 30-35k point of dq's this morning i checked points and its still same.

    My page was not updated too since yesterday, but I understand, that:
    DQ Points from items will appear within 24-48 hours after being vendored.

    as everyone can read at the bottom of "Items Vendored" table of DQ Rewards page.

    Yeah it's been updating really quickly this 2x. Now on my page the pictures appear all broken links as well.

    Also, I know you may not give a **** bro, but some of us want to grind for demon/sage event cards while 2x is still on. b:laugh

    I feel ya bro games not easy on us barbies i eas hoping for some charms for pvp week but looks like page eat my points as well i npcedote this morning just to test and its nit showing , i lost about 50 k point so far

    They need to fix this broken *** game. People spending thousands of dollars on packs n junk and the damn game doesn't run right, crashes all the time, the functions don't work as promised...

    *mutters, grumbles* Now I'm gonna be stuck with no card for NW, and I farmed a crapload just to get it.

    This game is a bunch of chumps, walking all over its players.

    Mine were updating just fine this whole 2x. Until I checked today and even though it says it just updated, the site is telling me I haven't vendored anything since the 17th. 2 days lost b:beatup

    Well I submitted a ticket including a link to this thread confirming other people are having the same problem, plus a screenshot of me submitting like 50k worth of DQ points. Hopefully they will do something about it soon. It's been a couple days now.

    Is it resolved yet for the earlier posters ? And was a ticket needed for that or did it resolve itself ?

    I have just vendored 35k DQ and they are not updated. When i look at the vendored items list, its from 4 days ago while i surely sell at least some DQ every day.
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    Mines seems to update.

    But I can see that it seems to affect only the West servers, could it be a problem with West servers again for that too?

    I hope we get them...Turned in 60k worth of points last week...It still says "DQ points remaining: 486" b:cry
    Chaos is an ally not something to avoid...After all, how can your foes stand up to you if they have no idea what your next move will be?


    Gear and weapons may make strong opponents but even a strong foe can be felled by the right tactics...

    Safe to say DQ points have been rewarded after a few days, I wasn't that worried because eventually it gets fixed, however, I worry about getting that negative number which occurred just once which still has me confused since i really pay attention to what I spend em on.

    Other than this, I can see why people would be so worried. Thanks for fixing it again b:victory

    My DQ page wasnt updating about 3 weeks ago i sent a ticket they wrote back and said that currently there are extended delays with the DQ system but i should get every Point and so it happened. 3 weeks ago on thursday i farmed some dq and on friday on assault event too and those points showed up last weekend just when i was about to give up. So be patient everyone.

    As I said (see my quote) my page had been updated few days later ... Now DQ page show DQ items vendored up to 07/20/2013.

    DQ page not working again... It's been roughly 32 hours since I don't get credit for the ones I npc'ed. I hope I still get credit when it's back on cuz I spent a lot of time farming those. -.-

    -Sigh- When are things gonna stop getting broke so often?

    Especially during critical times like 2x event.
