Ticketing and queue lines

One question, What happens if you have two different unrelated matters that you need to submit tickets about?

Will the second ticket bump the existing one to the bottom of the line even if it is on an unrelated matter?

    from what I understand, no. I have been very keen to put in more than one ticket on unrelated events from time to time and they get answered in the order I submit them
