Hey folks,

This is my last day as your Community Manager, and my last day at Perfect World.

It's hard to say goodbye. It's hard to leave, knowing how much work is left to be done. How many ideas and promises and desires I still wish I could make true. And for that, I am truly sorry.

But in those small ways I was able to be your voice, to give action and movement to your needs... for that I am grateful.

It's been an honor, truly. An honor to be a part of this amazing community. An honor to work with such passionate and talented and brilliant (and sometimes crazy :P) players.

I've gotten credit for some initiatives we've had in the forums and in game, but every single one of them is due to you all. The Quality Corner has been successful because you all have provided so much useful, helpful feedback. The INI modifications in game have brought some gorgeous - and hilarious - toons, and I love seeing all the fan art and screenshots. All those old fashion sets finally getting pushed to the PW Boutique? Because of the suggestion thread asking for them. True story.

Don't ever stop pushing us for more. Ask for everything! You deserve to be heard, and you deserve to know that you've been heard.

I love you all, and I will never forget you.

    I'm not usually one to post in a thread like this, but I feel like I should say my good-byes. We've never really seen eye to eye on a few things, there's a ban or two to prove it, but one thing I can say is that you had the community's best interest at heart. You did a lot for the people in game and on the forum, and I can't help but respect you for that. Hopefully whoever takes your place will follow the example you've set and be an active part of the forum as well as being helpful.

    I do hope it its an exit for greener pastures, and not a forced exit, but regardless, even though a short-lived tenure, it was a rewarding one to the player base of everything you have done, helped spearhead, given the green light to, and implemented.
