I did run a search and could not find the percentage of amplified damage provided by this skill, Anyone happens to know if it is worth it or is still Subsea / Extreme Poison better to a point where I should not even get the lvl 11 skill?

    I believe it is 25% damage amplification, but also a 25% proc rate which isnt great.
    Also from my time as a demon i believe the amp is only 4 seconds so the extent of the seal time (hopefully someone else can confirm).

    I dont remember the proc being all that helpful but! The damage from this skill at level 11 makes it your second/third hardest hitting skill. If you are a DPH sin i would highly recommend the skill more for the damage than for the amp.

    I am basing this on PvP as i dont really see a situation where this skill would be worth upgrading in PvE.

    It's definitely not that useful at all, since I tend to EP before TC hits, since it's much easier to time a good EP combo with it.

    Aw, thanks for the info, and well, I am a cheapo DPS Demon fishling, so I guess it won't learn it after all, Demon Subsea is much better ^.^
