Nation Wars: Questions

Hi there! I have just a couple of questions about about the game mode "Nation Wars", as I was not here when it was released.

1. How to register? Where is the Overseer NPC located?
2. Are we randomly assigned into squad? Must we premade?
3. How many flags are there in an instance?
4. Does the headhunter give out a quest for it? (like tiger event)
5. Is it balance? (Low lvl vs High lvl... etc)
6. How/where do you trade tokens in for reward?
7. and finally, must I enable PK mode to play?

    1. Registration NPC is in north Archosaur and other major cities. It spawns something like a half hour before NW starts.
    2. You're randomly assigned a nation on entry; if in squad at entry, your entire squad will be in the same nation, or you can join a squad after entry.
    3. In capture the flag instances, only one flag at a time.
    4. I don't believe so.
    5. Not really, but low levels can still earn supply tokens. Low levels get buffs to help balance things a little, and you earn points by taking damage and buffing as well as doing damage, killing and running flags.
    6. Forges in north Archosaur.
    7. No.

    ps. @mosq. Im really bad with technical work and the internet in general, and I haven't played in ages so I can't recall much (or simply find my way around) to do with the updates/gaming experience/forum.
