    hi,
    i bought $30 ultimate gamecard and when i try to redeem it, it gives me 450 promo zen, but when i enter the gamecard code it says i need $4.50 more.
    Is there any promo code that i need to enter to stop it from asking me for $34.50 when i only have $30?
    Plese help...

    Oh man it's not a Technical Issue, just Submit a Ticket to get a reply from GM.
    Billing & Account related matters are handled in private convo by Support Team. Good Luck !
