DQ rewards

This is normal and it's been discussed endlessly since the whole DQ point system was introduced.

If it's been more than 3 days, send in a ticket and then pray.

Just don't get your hopes up in seeing your points updated on a basis faster than a couple of weeks.

It's the nature of the system, and the more characters that are created on the server will just continue to increase the amount of time it takes to update the points until someone re-designs the way the system works. I don't see that happening any time soon.

If you feed in a lot of points at once the system puts a hold on it for some reason, just trickle em in at intervals of a few minutes per stack.

I didnt get mine updated on any amounts since about a week. Not even the low level shi.t is registered from my alt.

I know people say it is normal but I'm here to offer a word of warning... you might want to hold onto any DQs you have now until it starts updating again.

Last month my points randomly stopped updating with the maintenance we had on the 4th. After a week had gone by I submitted a ticket about it, was told it was normal. I waited longer. Found out it was happening to other people so we let Val know something was seriously wrong. It finally starts updating again after almost two weeks gone by and what do I see? I have been credited with no points during the two weeks that it didn't update. Which made me rage because I grind a lot and had been waiting two weeks to get my dyes.

So now I will caution everyone - if your page stops updating for more than 1-2 days, stop NPCing your items until it updates again or you may lose out on a lot of points.

My DQ points don't update aymore since about 3 weeks.

My DQ stopped while doing assaults about 6 weeks ago, but the rest of the week the DQ was updating.
Now my DQ is not updating at all anymore last 3 day's.

I wrote a ticket weeks ago and clearly said my Assaults are bugged and not updating, and waiting several weeks to see DQ to been updated.

Thank you for your report. Currently, there are extended delays with the DQ point system at this time. Any point gain may not show immediately, but would eventually show up to the correct total for a future update. The points gained from past sales should not be lost and will also be added up later as well.

any idea when was last and when there will be next x2 dq points rewards? like getting x2 amount of points/item sold

Honestly, I have been there and submitting a ticket in this case DOES NOT WORK.

After my points had not updated for over a week - well past the 24-48 hours they usually tell you to wait - I submitted a ticket and still got the standard "well sometimes they take awhile to update, just keep waiting" response.

If you do go the ticket route, make sure you just keep replying angrily to keep the ticket unresolved. Maybe eventually they will get annoyed enough to do something about it and stop telling you it is normal.
