Demon BKI question

Does the added affect of 50% more chi work with aps builds for yourself and others?
For example lets say I have a lv90 sin with 2.86 aps and I get the demon barb BKI, would I be able to perma spark as if I had 4.0 aps due to the 50% chi gain?

    It's 50% more chi from the BKI skill. BKI gives you 30 chi when you use it, then an additional 50% for you and others so another 15. So you get 45 chi, and everyone in your squad gets 15 chi. Since you can cast it 4 times in the duration of 1 mana pot that means you can pass your entire squad 60 chi per mana pot, and get almost 2 sparks yourself.

    Demon BKI gives u 35 chi total to yourself and to another ppl in squad 20 chi per cast if i didn't get wrong, as Sakubatou said it gives 45 chi total to yourself and 15 chi to ppl ? Or this's new update for Demon BKI ? if it revamps then too OP chi skill i think.b:cool
