"All low level DQ now vendor for 1 coin"?

Greeting, I just return for PWI after............. almost a year break, so was decide to play it again until I found people talk about DQ items now only sell for 1 coin each?

But after checking this http://pwi.perfectworld.com/news/?p=691261

I just wondered, What level of DQ items that is not low level? They did say that "Low level DQ items now vendor for 1 coin" so I hope it not all DQ are 1 coin

Sorry if I post this in the wrong section, I'm a noob for a while

    Under level 80 you can do the new Jolly bounty quests for good coin... probably better than farming DQ. You can do them 7 times a day per account per level range, starting at level 20.

    Also please look at this, since you are lvl 80 you can still get coin from him. Take advantage of it if you have an alt toon between lvl 21-80. They implemented this in return for the change to DQ less than 81.

    Think since Rising Call the limit of 7 times per day is no longer in effect. So if you got tokens from a different day you can still do them later without a limit per day as long as you have the tokens.
