strange login message

i recently got a laptop and i installed PWI on it i play this game on my computer but however when i start it on the laptop after the start screen shows up and i click start a message pops up written in symbols and seemingly random letters with accent symbols over them. the message is a yes or no option and both seem to start the game however yes seems to crash my computer...what does this message mean and how if possible do i remove it

    Hmm, I had that problem too. I have a new laptop as well. However, after the last updte it stopped showing that.

    If that's the message I think it is, it's because you don't have a real video driver installed on your system that supports Direct3D Acceleration. (Very common with new systems or fresh installs because the default driver from the PC maker is very limited.)

    I got same strange error message today morning.When i click on it then my client just shut down.I still can log on all other characters on Lost City server,even tried to create new character on Morai server and yes it let me play with no problems.I sent ticket with screenshot and hope GMs fix this issue soon.
