Duel Clienting with Arc?

I am looking for a way to duel client with Arc. I want to be able to load two clients again. How do you do this? I had to re-format my PC and then when I got it back, PWI moved to Arc and I had no way of duel clienting. Please help.

    have 2 laptops with arc downloaded on both lol... only way ive been able to dual log...

    I just duel client the normal way o.o like everyone of my friends... Doesn't arc give you the files..?

    Look for elementclient.exe in your drive where you installed PWI.b:victory
