Suggeston NW Rewards!

Hi All! I would like to make a suggestion about putting badges into the NW forgers. I for one spend most of my time running full WS for badges. With having HA, AA and LA toons. You would still have to run WS for the drops so we would still need to run WS but making and re-rolls would be a little easier. That would give us a little bit of free time to do more on PWI.

    Pathetic, so people who CAN attend NW will have an even greater upper hand? No ty, while the others will need to slave over the usual boring WS runs b:spit

    well it really depends on price.
    given that NW is 2h and a full WS is around 1h you could get 12 badges from each NW without upsetting tha balance. so for an average person it would be around 50 tokens so 2 tokens per badge. currently the badge price in DW is around 200k and tokens are 60k so you can add a 80k fee. so yeah, doesn't sound game-breaking and could help to boost token prices.

    Nonononononononononononononononononono.
    I stopped attending NW because I started finding it boring and the payout just wasn't enough for me due to my costs of running NW (Charms, pots, defense charms etc.)
    In my opinion the main purpose of NW isn't to give rewards to OP people, but instead to have another open PvP event other than TW that many will attend.

    Re-rolls are not supposed to be easy, and they already are easy enough.

    Maybe you should have asked the devs to make badges a cash shop item instead.

    Actually I think it should stay the way it is. With a good squad one could run a full warsong in an hour or less. I know. I did 4 runs yesterday.

    Why the hell do people like you want the game to offer such instant gratification by eliminating the effort that goes into advancing your characters? If there is anything that destroys the spirit of the game it's this kind of ****. A game ceases to be a game when there is no challenge, no struggle to succeed.

    I currently have 330 badges in my char's banker. Mostly from helping others farm lunar with my sage amp skill and the rest working hard to farm WS for my 3rd cast NV molds. I got those in 2 and a half months time.

    Absolutely not. You want something from the game you put effort into getting it.

    farming warsong for my g16 was the best experience in the game since I farmed an ornament with soulgatherer's mirrors (i think belt). althoug I ended up buying 3 pieces XD (my second to get the first set bonus, my last to be ready for NW and the cape which I found for cheap)

    Your suggestion sucks. They revamped that instance because it was dead. You take out a much needed mat farmed in that place it will be dead again. The once frequently farmed Nirvana is already dead because of its mats being put in NW forges. Think before you post threads like this........b:angry

    I guess the idea is that less people will do NW instead of WS. but really, it's a matter of how many tokens a badge will be. hardly anyone will use tokens for badges if it's 50 tokens for one badge XD.

    WOW! I was just saying that if u like to nw and can then it would be another way of getting the badges not do away with WS. You still need to do ws to get the drops for gear and weapon but just additional way of getting badges. I have a 101 cleric, BM, Sin and 100 Seeker and have all my gear and weapon molds I have done my share of Warsongs but still need badges for re-rolls. I was NOT trying to KILL warsong! b:cry

    What a BRILLIANT concept .... it seems your average player who would be undergeared for warsong.... could earn those badges to improve there gear so they could find a squad willing to let them join there WS so they can get there molds and essences.....Brilliant !!

    Here was something you didn't take into account when you thought about this. There are players like you that have all the gear already yes, but if you do put badges alone into the the forges its an easier way to get them.

    The problem starts here:
    The players with all the gear would not farm Warsong. They would wait for NW to make badges.

    Problem escalades:
    Lack of players doing Warsong. The players that would prefer running Warsong to NW would have a very hard time finding enough players to make Warsong runs.
