Magic Carpet!
New packs called Fortune of the Tiger (something like that) contain a new mount, new flyers, new fashion packs for both male and female.

    Funny that there was a thread recently talking about the new wings of ascension complect xDD there it is the wonderful helmet. Say hello to 1k+ HP more for caster xDD

    Tho I doubt that there will be many of those judging from the "High" drop chance xDDD

    All other stuff is really...ya common. So much new fashion tho...xD

    The chance for the flyer ticket is like 0.008% as far as I understood from the Chinese page. My gf got one for me b:laugh that's crazy luck I say...

    The chances on the items are all the same like the other packs. The only thing with a rediculous chance is the new helm. You have a better chance of getting a scroll of tome than getting that helm.

    I'll wait a few months before buying the helm. I'm sure the price will drop. It's just like when the Sky Cover first came out. Everyone was selling for 250-300m, and now you can make them with the Crystal packs and the ring sells for 50-80m. At first the helm will sell for about 400m, till they come out with a way to make it. Most likely through the NW forge.

    And why should they do that? 400m for that helm would be pretty damn chep considering the chance. I think it will go for something like 800m-1 bil judging from the redicolous good stats and adds especially for casters. There is just no need to make it avaible easier in the future.

    Have you not paid attention to the game. Everthing is made later with a cheaper way to make it. Look at the pattern over the years. Sky Cover, only in packs, you can make it for nearly nothing. Rep, only given in instances, you can buy it. MOG's, only given through dq rewards. That was removed, and you can buy it. Raps and Cannies, only from Nirvi, now you can easily get it through NW. Lunar robes, only given through trophy mode, you can get it from packs. Should I keep going. This is nothing new. You ask, why would they do that? Think about that question and ask yourself.....Why wouldn't they do that? They've done it with everything else.

    Scroll of tome resists this trend though.

    Sky cover = pq ring, wasn't it always free?

    It was, it only became cheap and easily accessible after they put night spike cluster boxes in packs, haven't seen any1 even doing PQ.

    Too predictable, another pack and you can't get anything from it outside of it. oh well.. not getting my money now. even though I wanted to get a "Void Panther." I feel little desire to "try my luck" for one.

    Point proven. It's usually a rare item until they make it easily accessible or craftable. I'll give it a few months and watch it get put into the NW forge on the end of the year expansion. While others are buying it for 1b, i'll be saving my sow's, tokens, and coin. it's just a matter of time.

    The void panther is already selling for pennies on my server. Before I left to work, it was selling in a shop for 25m. It's a slow mount 10/m speed.

    MoGs 1/week to a random land
    OHT Quest gears (grind for ages) -> packs
    i think (but not sure) that TT golds were not in the mysterious merchant originally, same with reds with best luck

    The best of luch red matts have always been in the boutique. Heart of Nature etc. They used to be way cheaper using less best of luck tokens, until Nirvi gear came out, then they raised the amount of best of lucks needed to get it. I know the MOG's were a 1/week thing, also dq reward, till that was taken away and you can buy them from the boutique. Think about how long it would have taken someone to get 300k rep, by only questing, all the mog's, and making the gst's from just getting a few mysterious chips. This is why I always laugh when someone tells me they didn't cs at least some of their R9. Even to this day, it would take forever just grinding for it. I'm going to predict the helm being placed in the NW forge by the end of the year. I certainly can wait for it, or even a price drop.

    To put helm rate in perspective, you have a better chance of opening a SoT out of a Lucidgold chest than you do opening a helm out of one of these packs.
