Website not working

Hii
Everytime I visit a PWI website i need to refresh.
If i go to pwi.perfectworld.com , my browser says "Page not available...",then i just refresh and it works. After, if I click on Login, it says "Page not available...", then I refresh and it works. It happens with forum stuff too.
This is so anoying.
I'm using Google Chrome, last version, and I already cleared cache. I tried with IE but same proplem.
Is it something with my internet ? or with PWI ?

It's most likely a problem with your internet, or something on your system. usually when i have something like that I clear my DNS cache.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Still the same problem.
On friday I will try to use other provider, but with the same computer.
