      1) Naming and shaming doesn't belong on the forum.
      2) Quality Corner is for reporting bugs, not bad behavior by players.
      3) Next time take your screenshot and attach it to a ticket (which is the proper place to report TOS violations and other bad behavior.)

      There! I modified the "extra information". In my opinion this is the exact place for my post because Quality corner is about improving the quality of the game. That quality starts with players.

      This. While what you are saying is true, that they are breaking the rules, posting this where the PWI team won't really see it is not useful.
