Paypal Giving "Return to Merchant" Message

All I'm getting when trying to purchase through Paypal is the following message :

Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

If this was just a matter of max spending (the "buy zen now" list would tell you limit reached for day) or not enough money in the account (the paypal site would tell you to use a different card) -- thus, different messages would be given for each -- so something else is going on here.

    I think your best best would be to Submit a Ticket to the billing team or post your issue at Zen & Billing Help , but please keep in mind not before Monday u are gonna get a response since they don't work on weekends all thou billing team does on Saturdays.
