    Obviously r9rr is better than 3rd nv, so if you are going against somebody that is equally skilled, you'd be at a disadvantage in many cases. That said, very very few people in pwi know what they are doing in pvp, so there are plenty of mistakes to take advantage of which you could exploit to win.

    yes it is possible to defeat a r93rd cast wiz with g16 u just got to be skilled and know what u are doing. if u play a wiz and actually played them u would know weaknesses to them and how to exploit them when your under geared.
