b:angryFrustrated by having to reload the game with the last update . . errors reign for me on this one folks . . . 6 hrs and counting

    Neither of my computers had issues with the download. Game is working with little lag.

    I have noticed that right after maintenance game is lil laggy atleast for me. It's not because of my internet maybe something else hope i will be able to catch it someday.

    I download manual updates always. Integrated updater of PWI has less possibilities than downloader of modern browsers.

    For Big updates like Descent or Sirens of War etc manual patches are best,safe & more reliable they don't get stuck in between works pretty quickly. b:victory

    I got update during 11 minutes, but it is dependent from bandwidth and stability of network.

    Used download for manual update, as I said before.

    I use the Arc client, which is annoying, having to load up arc, then click play on pwi to load that up, to then do the automatic update. I have good internet connection, although im sure playing on a laptop doesn't help. ill give it another couple of hours, and then try the download link, thanksb:kiss

    You still have the patcher (X:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\patcher\patcher.exe (X depicts what the actual drive letter may be.)) installed on your computer. So you can go to that directory, copy and paste the patcher icon to your desktop and use that route. I, too, do not use Arc as I have a lot of problems with it and have even repaired/reinstalled it several times.
