Ok, I recently hit level 90, and decided to stay at 90 for a while until I could run my TM79 and I finally got it. In the meanwhile, during all the days I was waiting I managed to get my Tailoring and Blacksmithing to lvl 5. I have two questions. Based on my build am I on the right track? Is there anything I should add or change, also what should I be focusing on throughout my 90's.

My second question is more of a general one. I hear people saying that instead of doing the quests to lvl up your Crafting Skills from 3-4 and 5-6, you can buy books instead. Is that true. If so, what is the average price that you have seen for Tailoring or Blacksmithing

There isnt really something focusing between lv 90 and 100 really, except maybe for saving up money as much as you can.
Level 100 is where you really should invest money for your gear, the TM robe is fine, you can use that.
But other then that, nothing is really interessting or good enough to get (MIsty forest ring for the Accuracy maybe until you get the Lv 95 Lunar Ring.)
On Lv 99 you get all the TT99 gold stuff which gives you Interval (Ashura Boots, Gaunts and Lionheart Belt,Neck).
On lv 100 you get the Nirvana Pants, some new Daggers (g13 will do the job until you get better stuff, refine max to +5) and r8.

Basic stuff i would call it but will cost you 200mil~ (Depents on material price)

Misty rings aren't real great for sin as they offer very little dps increase and dont refine for much. The CoA ring Seal of Eternal Solitude, Band of Heaven's Jail (lvl 97), and even the attendance ring are all cheap option that have more to offer.

At level 95 the Morai dagger is a very nice jump up from H&Ts. Yes, you lose the -.05 aps but you gain much better dps, more than the aps gives you.

As far as aps at endgame, you really need a tome. G13s are your only guaranteed -.1 daggers and their dph sucks and gets blown away by r8, G15, r9, r9r, G16, and r9r but for all the better daggers you'll probably only get -.05 and need the tome to be 5 aps.

    @Saku

Sure they are all an option, Misty Forest Ring just popped into my mind, because i used that alot till i got the Lunar Ring for cheap.

Before getting the tome (Which is expensive for the 0.05 int) i would first get the basic stuff.

    R8 Suit
    R8 Weapon
    TT99 Wrist and Boots (Ashura)
    TT99 Neck and Belt (Lionheart)
    G15 Nirvana Pants 2. Cast

That will bring you to 2.5APS base and 3.33APS Sparked, which is alot to begin with. You can farm just fine in lower instances but with help even higher ones.

Switch the R8 daggers after that to G13 dagger with 0.1 int, that leads aou to 3.33APS base and 5APS sparked.
At this point, you can choose to either go g16 (Skip g15, do not reroll those) or get the Tome (On HL, Pan Gu is around 300mil).
4APS g16 hurts even without the tome but its up to you.

    r8 does mean rank 8.
G13 is grade 13 weapons and armor. Every piece has a grade. In this instance I believe they mean first tier Nirvy/lunar stuffs. Josd means Jades of Steady Defense. The +2 DEF shards.

as every one stated abt the gear i agree with them....

Answer to ur 2nd question is depends on the gold price of ur server n sale of the training packs during sale they become around 15-20g if m not wrong.. leveling crafting skills involves making some 28 items sins ur lvl is higher its difficult to farm the mats required to get them. Buying those items costs quite a bit since if u don't hv n exceptional luck u need to make them quite a few times so yeah during sale if u buy the training kit itz much cheaper at least in my server b:pleased

well. your hat, ring and orns need an upgrade asap.
no need to do anything expensive, just grap some cheap 1-3* at your level range with nice stats. there are a few cheap molds. for the neck you might want to get a skydemon pearl that gives +5% hp and refines decently; a +5 version should be around 4m.

Regarding the daggers, I'd not replace them with the morai ones; a +5 version with two shards is around the same if you dont refine the morai daggers. Another thing you could do is get some OHT wrists with -int; should cost 1-2m depending on stats.

yes its an extremly strong build pve wise, I even done some vids with her (wow I just noticed i put her as a him in pwcalc lol). There is not much I cant do with her that I have tried so far. here is some various vids i have done with her and my barb

when I tw and nw(no longer on this char) i use r9 chest, feet, wrist and my niv leggs(for the hp). the rest is the same. I have also been asked why i dont use refinable rings. Even though i am giving up p/m def at this time, the little gain i will get from that is at present lower than what i get in chan skills patt and crit/hp

TT vana gear-> Lunar gear pieces for more hp and defense. Ditch the r8 ring for something that provides defense. Since the r8 ring is unrefinable it leaves sins pretty squishy.

Also, that build hinges on -.1 G16s, which are 1:72 odds or run around 600m to buy so its not really.. practical for most people and they have to settle for tt99 ornies.

I will eventually upgrade the R9 ring and maybe replace the r8 ring one day, but that wont be till i finish refines up to 10 on the rest of the armors and the ws belt. I looked at pwdb and lunars do give better a bit more m/p defs but only around 50 extra hp and they both refine the same, tt has p/m res +4% so its not that much of a difference anyway. If i was starting out making those 2 pieces now i would probably go lunar with all the free runs going on, but being the gear is already +10 with 4 sockets and dot's on leggs and 3 sockets +10 with dot and a citrine, I don't see value of making another set. The upgraded R9 ring will give far more m/p def than replacing the tt with lunar. Plus I still have my R9 armors I still need to work on so I need to balance what I actually need vs what I may want.

You are right about the daggers, I have only seen a few on our server and only 1 3x int(i think there might be one more). There are a couple double int g15's as well (including mine, i have 2 double int daggers) which may deal slightly less damage, but just as reliable in pve.

My build i posted was just more of a guide on what some sins may shard for pve. With lvl 11 hp buff i am pushing right at 11.5k +/- atm. When I am done that will be right at 14k, more than enough to farm most anything :p.

I still have a long way to go and i am in no real hurry, I got a r8r barb that is dying to hit 40k hp f:hehe
