Morai order badges missing

Some time ago my Shroud badge which was equipped just disappeared. Today My Luminance badge just did the same thing and it to was also equipped when this happened.

I am positive the items were equipped and not in my bag so they were not NPC'd by accident. Is this supposed to have happened or should I send a ticket to support.

I did leave the orders and re-equipped the order badges when I joined the second time if that has anything to do with this.

Do order badges just go poof for no reason?

    You can accidentally unequip things if your bag is open while using right-click-and-hold to look around. This may or may not have been your problem.

    Also worth mentioning, the badges have a limit of bonus points. When you finish the points, they should be consumed (needs confirmation, I have yet to consume a badge fully).

    That is correct. When they run outta gas, they disappear.

    ok ill leave it as they expired since each time it was after I left and rejoined the order.
