Bots in the game

I have found two, maybe three chars playing probably as a bot.

Where do I report this and did u had such experiences before?

    Send any info you have along with screen shots showing their suspicious behavior via the ticket system on the support tab above.

    Vicius, are bots+mains being linked? so main acounts get a punishment? and what kind of punishment this main acounts recive? still 1 week ban? or they started to remove the coins/items they got by selling what the bots farmed?
