arc download

hey guys,
I have a question about the arc download because when i try to download a game(in this case pwi) it says 0.0kbps at the progression bar. i hope someone can help me find a solution to this problem

    I just deleted my game to try re-downloading again with this new Arc. So far it's downloading okay for me, but I'll let you know if I find out anything.b:surrender
