Not getting my DP points.

I cant make a new post from my other account. But i can write her name and server so you know.

I bout DQ and traded it to my other account to Melyama - Heaven's Tear. She sold it to the Blacksmith in West arch it was around 20m worth of DQ. And i waited now for 2 days to get it to the account. I get the small Dq points that i do over time now when i been playing but i dont get those 50,000+ Dqp. b:sad
How long can it take to get the dqp or is it bugged somehow since i get the other dqp i pick up while i lvl my new toon?

    DQ rewards page has been always lagging & it takes time to get updated. I suggest you should go ahead Submit a Ticket to Tech Support.

    My DQ points haven't updated since the 5th. I sent in a ticket and they basically said that all points will EVENTUALLY be updated, the DQ Rewards page is experiencing an EXTENDED delay.

    yeah i made a ticket yesterday. and i waited for 4 days now i think. But i get all the small dqp like i vendor 3 or 10. But when i vendored all the DQP for around 20m it just went POFF gone. I mean thats 20 million coins i used to get DQP for and not getting it. I know its takken 2 days sometimes but i be going for my 5th day.:/

    Mine hasn't been updated since the 5th either. You expect this when 2x is going on but they don't have anything going on now. I don't get why it is lagging so bad atm.

    I thought for sure that with their little reset last night, I would have waken up to my DQ points. Guess not. Seven days and counting..

    Just because the servers are down for maintenance, does not mean that the system will magically scan the massive databases, logs, and files that it needs to and suddenly update everything.

    It actually sets it back because the servers are down.

    This has been a known issue for a couple of years now. If it's been more than a few days, send in a ticket.
