arc downloading the game again!

so i was downloading pwi in arc my downloading was 95% completed than by mistake i switch off my computer when i started my pc again the downloading process went to 0% again why!! i was downloading this game from a week and such power off didn't usually effect my downloading process bcos such sudden power off are normal in my pc plz someone gotta help me out ive already submitted a ticket bout this and another thing when i was checking the arc directory i didn't see anything related to pwi so what happen to all that 95% data i downloaded the size of that arc folder is 77.2 mb aa?? it means that the game data was not here so just where it is? ah!! so confusing b:cry

    You have to download the game again ARC doesn't saves anything while downloading like torrent.b:surrender

    Actually, it asks for you to download the game even if u already have it on dic from before arc was even released.. i dont get this, its so uneficcient that it bugs me.
    They could add a function to search fi the game is already installed or something like that cu not many people will use arc if they have to download the client all over again

    PWE should learn something from ArenaNet...

    I mean, I can't be the only person using a - cmnpared to nowadays standards - "slow" connection so that downloading a few GB takes some hours... f:sweat
