Spam in Normal chat west archonsaur

I am astonished by your concern of the game (to the GM ) on Harshland server we have a seller spammer advertising his/her website which supposedly sells coins at cheap rate and fast. I have used reporting hacking about half douzaine times and so those half dozaines of friends. It has been going on all day and you haven't lifted a finger.

It hurts your game and the community and you don't even care !!! WTF is wrong with you. If something is not implemented remove it from the game and if you don;t care about us or your game just close the damn thing.

You are the worst ever .... i'll stop here... but count me out with my money.

P.S i haven't went to the site nor anything, but i sure do care about those who will get ripped off or even you cuz in the end guess who is paying. Get your act together and i don't want to hear of your lame excuse or blaming anyone but yourself.

Edited: the spammer is " haddsszza " i better posted cuz i doubt you can find out. Now will you banned me cuz i tachnically posted an in game character name.

    It's already been said that the spamming has been bad this weekend on all servers. Please screenshot it and send in a ticket. The staff doesn't work on the weekends, which is when the scammers strike hard. We can't do much about it besides tickets and hope it is taken care of Monday morning when the staff come to work.

    People just need to make sure not to fall for the scams and there are warnings on the forums. That's all we can do for now.It's frustrating but at least you can report the scammers.

    It's been like that in (Archo & HT) aswell all the way through this weekend aswell, both K'shops sitting just north of the west archo intersection blabbing away in normal chat But godz only knows how many have already snap-shotted and the ticketed them to {PWe} already, so the only thing we can do is wait for the GMs & security staff to get back on duty monday...b:thanks

    Would be nice now for a GM to issue info that this has been sorted!

    As annoying as it is to hear, we do know about this situation, and do plan to bring it to attention. However, more of these threads is not helping anything. If you (as well as anyone else) could just screenshot the people spamming the chat with scam sites (or what not), and submit a ticket, it would be appreciated.

    Multiple tickets from all over US server has been already sent by now i guess but more and more tickets should be sended also i demand straight account termination of this "SCAMMER". b:angryf:fume

    Kris can you merge some of these threads or close them or something? It's getting a little annoying to see them keep popping up with the same info.

    It is still going on as i type this post. I fail to see how hard could this be to log in game aknowledge and terminate account associate or logged using same IP and Mac address. The longer you wait the more money you loose and the more player has chance to get ripped off. It is hard enought to have to cummunity player we don't need this you and us.
