Dark Death Thorn Crafting questions

Hi all, so I have a few of questions about the 2nd cast nirvy daggers.

1.) Is it worth 2nd casting the daggers? And if it is, what would be the best adds to aim for?

2.) Is it possible at all to get 2x -0.05 int crafts on it?

3.) How many total Chienkun stones would I need for transferring everything? Right now my daggers are the first cast +10 with 2 G11 (Garnet gem) gems in it. Is it 226 (48 + 178)? Or am I missing some more stones (like transferring fee of number of sockets)

Any other tips are appreciated too

. I would like to have better DD, so I was wondering what is best.

I would save up to get rank 9 daggers, but at this point where the medals cost 60m+ each, that's too costly for me. And even then, saving up to the chienkuns and Raptures for 2nd cast daggers would take me a while too. And if PWE decides to make the medals more easily obtainable than now (territory-holders getting the medal weekly), I can just change what I'm saving for in an instant.

I can only answer question 2 in confidence, Yes.

to answer question 1 i would say -.05, +130 Max attack and Sac Strike would be best and that's the highest dps you can do with 5 aps, although R9 would have better aps with 4aps.

In my opinion with Barrier Thorn you can have good defence while maintaining 3.33 and 5 sparked, or even 4 unsparked if you chose to keep TT99 LA.
With Dark Death Thorns you'd be forced to keep TT99 LA to stay 5aps (assuming you have them at .05)
and R9 is just OP.

So i'd stick with G13 Daggers till you get R9.

Oh, i should also add if you don't care about defence and want a PvE build:
Barrier Thorns ((8536 + 7502)/2) = 8219
1.59 * 8219 = 13,068. Sparked: 21,732

Dark Death Thorn ((10146 + 7893)/2) = 9019
1.59 * 9019 = 14,340 + Sacrificial Strike. Sparked: 29,394

Rank 9 Daggers ((10259 + 8332)/2) = 9296
1.89 * 9296 = 17,569 + Sacrificial Strike. Sparked: 35,755

Edited because i forgot the almighty Jonas Blessing. Also i'm not 100% sure on the proc rate of Sac Strike, and i don't want to make something up, but i think it's around 15% which can be extremely significant damage wise.

1) Definetely yes. Besids base damage being better then g13, there are also the adds that are pretty good overall. Adds like saccr assault (or GoF), +19 dex, +att lvl, +phys att, most of them are among the highest possible values you can get making those dagger more powerfull then g13. Even without -int add, g15 seems to be more poserfull then barrier thorn.

The adds I'd aim for would be sacr assault or gof, +dex, +crit or +phys att (max or normal). However, with a coin limit I'd make some list of adds you really want to have, and those you'd like. Then just forge and see if you got at least 1 of the "really want to have" and others that you like. If you say for example sacr assault with 2x -0.05 and reforge till you got it, it will cost a damn lot. Personally if I made them with GoF/sacr assault, and 2 others anything damage related, I wouldn't reforge. But you know I'm not much into aps.

2) I can't say with 100% safety you can get 2x -0.05. I heard from several they've seen it. But never seen so myself. So it's just a "a friend of a friend told me once"-yes answer.

3) Can't tell you, sorry. I know you need stones for refines and sockets, but never transfered anything on the vana items I made.

About r9 and g15 : If you get some good g15 vana daggers with adds you like, getting r9 daggers won't be really worth it anymore considering the cost imo. So I'd save up for g15 and like you say maybe sell all raps if medals become available 12mil or so again. But I wouldn't hesistate to make the daggers once you got the raps and stuff. g15 with nice adds are really great endgame daggers too.

some one got on HL a dagger with sacrificial and 0,05+0,05 but i would say that is a cosmic event and doubt see it ever again... also keep in mind zerk is a pk option...if you like kill ppl you gotta have zerk... nirvana or rank9.... and last thing is that 3rd recast when u gamble for wanted status will cost 7 rapture each and nothing else...refine, shards wont changeb:bye

You can get 2x -0.05 on a Dark Death Thorn.

G15 Daggers:
150 Raps. Because of x2 drops they're around 1.6/1.7 for now
1,600,000 * 150 = 240m
but don't forget that you will keep reforging to get the adds you want and that can be very costly.

Ring of Trauma: 3 Medals + 32 General Summer tokens
Daggers: 5 Medals + 85 General Summer Tokens, and lets say 15 chips are 6k.
Medals i'll price at 35m, i'm not sure what they're at in sanc.
8 * 35m = 280m
(((85 + 32) * 9999)/15) * 6000 = 467,953,200

So R9 daggers would be 748m b:cry

You're off pretty far.

G13 Daggers would be best bet, especially if you don't have much of your other -int yet. Get your tt99 gold daggers then get 100 raptures and make those.

Please correct me. Most servers have different prices if that's what you're complaining about. Unless you thought that I as advising her to go for the cheaper option with G15, because I wasn't, in my previous post I suggested sticking with G13 until she could afford R9.

And why are you telling her how to get G13 Daggers? She knows, she has them, also I know Skai has most of the int items.

But yes, I do have the G13 +10'd vana daggers with 2x G11 Garnets in them. I'm lacking ~50m or so before I can afford all of the Raptures for 2nd cast. But even if I get those, I will need a large amount of Chienkun stones in order to transfer everything over.

Well you can get it on that claw as well.

In fact, you can get that on most physical nirvana weapons, as most if not all of them have interval -0.05 as potential normal mod.

the problem is of cuz how many time you have to recast it then.

Even in the picture shown, the dagger settle for a norm sac attack and -0.05 int x 2

imagine not getting any special effect and only -0.05x2, you will still want to keep that dagger/claw since it really rare something like that came out.

Even then, 2nd cast daggers with any of the unique adds and 2x -0.05 is better than the first cast b:dirty

I actually forged something with lower odds, but was complete garbage imo...
