how does blacksmith training box work?

If im level 80 will it level my bs from 0 to 6 or 7; or will it only level it from 0 to 1 even if im level 80?

  it will give u a items to lvl up ur bs from lvl 1 to 2 and the bs book and that will repeat until u reach lvl 8 or max lvl for ur lvl
