How do I get the Hatchling?

Hi I was just wondering sense my veno is 101 now how do I get the Derjan's Ancient Hatchling? Is it just wandering around like the other rare pets? or do I trade it from npc?

    It's wandering around in Derjan's Rest in Morai, and unlike other rares, the egg is untradeable.

    Just to add some extra info; the spawn time is random between 24 and 48 hours from the last time it was tamed or killed.
