Hey all i am trying to submit a faction icon.. But when i get to the page everything is greyed out.. i have a level 3 faction.. has anyone experienced this before?

    Yes. sometimes you'll need to transfer leadership to another and then have them transfer it back.
    Also, if you recently upgraded to level 3, it may take a few days for it to update on the site. (Same with changing lead.)

    If all else fails, send in a ticket and they can submit it manually.

    Ahh okj ty i just made a lvl 3 faction a few minutes ago so i uess that can be the issue
