Oooh this looks fun.

During Odysseus' journey home from Troy, he came to the island of Aeaea, where he and his companions came upon a woman living alone. The woman was named Circe, and though she didn't reveal it at the time, she was the daughter of Helios, the sun, and was herself a goddess. While the Odyssey depicts Circe, as a treacherous witch, she was in fact kind to him and his companions, and only grew wrathful after she woke up one night to find him on top of her pinning her down and having his way. From this she became pregnant with her son.

She grew wroth that a mortal man would have his way with her without her permission, and flung him across the room with her words alone. She imprisoned his sailors and turned them into pigs, and kept Odysseus as a manservant. She knew of his intellect and found him handsome enough or he would have suffered their fate as well. Needless to say, this was degrading for a king and hero of the Trojan War.

Odysseus was favored of the Olympian gods, however, and was rescued by Athena and Hermes, who altered the story slightly to save Odysseus' image.

Upon Odysseus' escape, Circe became enraged that other gods had interfered with her plans. She put up protective barriers around her island, preventing mortals and immortals alike from entering her domain, fearing that Odysseus may come back for her son. When the boy was five her fears proved accurate, as Odysseus returned with his fleet to take back his son, whom he wanted to teach to be a swordsman and king. No matter what he did though, winds pushed back his ship whenever he approached, and Circe's magic kept them at bay.

Like this, she managed to bring her son up out of the clutches of his father. The new child was never given a name, as he lived alone on the island with his mother, amongst the animals and the nymphs. He was happy though. Circe taught him the ways of magic, utilizing water and earth, which were abundant on the island, and fire, which stemmed from her fury that Odysseus had ***** her and wanted to take her son away, the one good thing that stemmed from it. Her son proved to be a fast learner, mastering even the most advanced magic at a young age, a trait she attributed to her own divinity and the cunning of his father. As well as teaching him how to do harm with magic, she taught him how to use water to heal, and to use the power of earth to shield himself and even to teleport.

Every year for 10 years Odysseus would return, having spent the year pleading with Zeus and Athena to help him get his son back, and slowly Circe's barrier waned. Each year they would make it a little closer to shore before the winds would be powerful enough to turn them away, and each year her son got stronger in his own magic.

When Odysseus came on his 15th birthday he came with a fleet of 15 ships, each with 100 soldiers. His mother said this year would be the one that they would be able to make it on shore, and she could do nothing about it anymore, for Zeus would be at their backs controlling the winds.

Summoning all his strength and utilizing the power of his magic sword, Salvation, enchanted for him by his mother using chants and incantations to summon the power of the sun, the son of Circe let loose his fury on the approaching fleet, summoning water dragons and fire storms from the sky to push them away and destroy them. 14 of the ships sank in the bay, but Odysseus's ship made it to land. In his anger he sacked the small village that was down the mountain from Circe's palace, one full of innocent peasants and fishermen and farmers who had nothing to do with any of it. He then made for Circe's palace, where he knew he would find Circe and her son. While the Son of Circe stood in front of it, sending fire and rock and ice down upon the attackers, his mother stood inside the palace summoning all her power. Circe determined she would rather give up her immortality than give up her son, so in a last ditch effort she drove her wand through her heart as she uttered a teleportation spell, ripping time and space apart and sending her son through the rift to the Perfect World. In his mother's honor, he renamed his magic sword Requiem, as it proved his her death song.

While he still harbors his mother's own disdain for hand to hand combat, his views have softened, as he, unlike her, has come to recognize its value.

He continues to be frustrated by those he deems unintelligent, a standard he sets very high. When he finds someone he finds promising though, regardless of their current position, however, he takes it upon himself to help them improve, as he feels that his mother saved him from his father for a reason, and would have wished to see him do good in the world, since he had experienced so much evil in his own.




If I could get the hair from the first using the r9r3 robes that would be great!
