Dragon's fire pack - here for a month?

So two weeks ago, they gave us a deal of 20 dragon's fire pack for 3.15 gold and many of the packs were spammed. This sale lasted for 3 days.

Fast forward to a bit over two weeks - same sale, but for 3.60 gold for 20 of the packs. At the bottom of the news it says this:

All sales will be active from 5/1/2013 @ 1:00am server time until 6/5/2013 @ 1:00am server time, at which point the Perfect Chest, Wildlife Pack, and Pigment items will be removed from the PW Boutique.



So does this mean that these packs will seriously be here for a month? Basing off of sales in the past, I'm assuming so since there's no mention of these packs. o_o

    Looks like it, but notice, no mention of the Dragon Fire Packs also ending. Which to me says, they will be on longer than the period indicated. it only says Hammer, Wildlife and pigment.

    Whoever decides what to be on sale must have seen the recent threads about refinement rates complaints and decided to milk more money from those players

    Where do Metal of Glory's drop from? I'd like to farm it. Or do you mean as far as how much and how often the R9 sale prices drop? If that's what you mean, the sale only happens 2 times a year, during the anniversary and cyber monday.

    I'm done spending money on R9. My barb is it for me. Even if they made R10, i'm not spending on that. My other toon is a 93 cleric, he's either getting Morai, or nirvi gear 3rd cast. Hope the sale answer helps. To the best of my knowledge, that's when they sale has always dropped, anni and cyb mon.

    Thanks guys. Looks like by the end of the month, people will be able to +8 and +9 their stuff cheaper than with oceans, and refine from 1 to 9 for under 100mil with dragon orbs. Not to mention the countless flame orbs floating around... >_____________>

    To me thats a good thing. I'm trying to refine my gear right now anyway.

    Very likely that Dragon's Fire Packs have turned out to be a massive profit making success and PW have decided to milk it like crazy. Merchants generally buy these in mass bulk and resell since the more you open, the more likely you are to score a +12.

    Keep in mind +12 orbs are 1 in 10000 chance. I look around arch and I see catshops everywhere with +12 orbs. Plenty more must have already been used or are sitting in inventories somewhere. And there are multiple servers. Every single +12 orb out there represents $1800 or so into PWI's pocket. Not really surprising they're here for a month.

    On the plus, side, it does mean cheaper orbs right up to +8. Think they're 87k on sanc and dropping.

    Funny, with 10k packs, even if you don't get a 12*, you can make one.
