Character delete

Is there a way to delete a character right away and not have to wait for a week? Really sick of makeing a new guy to **** around with then want to make a new one but I have to wait a week just to do so.

    It's to prevent people from accidentally deleting their characters, or having someone who has access to their account (via keylog etc) log in and delete their characters in an instant.

    I understand that but i think I should be able to delete my characters if they are level 30 or below. Any higher and i understand makeing a 7 day wait but really 7 days I have to wait to delete a level 5 I mean come on.

    You could change your mind about deleting that level 5 character and decide you want to bring him back. That 7 day period allows for such things. The time for deletion was set long before level 30 could be gained in a matter of minutes.b:surrender

    You know you could just make another toon and let that other one delete. I believe 1 account can have a maximum of 10 toons on it. It may have increased I don't remember. I doubt you used up all your toon slots on that account and if you did you can always make another account and create a new toon there.

    8 slots for toons... not 10. And obviously he has no extra slot if he has to wait a week to delete one to try another....

    A lot of people make lvl 1 toons as bank space whenever they get an account stash.

    Max slots should be more than 8 considering core connect has achievements for if you level every class. The only way you could accomplish that on 1 account would be if you were to have 10 slots for every race and their classes.

    Untrue. You can create the other classes on a different server, and it all counts toward the same account.b:chuckle

    Ah right I didn't think of that. I suppose once you choose a server the others don't always come to mind immediately. Well for my personal preference I don't think I would ever leave HT just because I have invested so much into it.
