Yea after being very disappointed at cast one single handed sword because:

- it didn't really proc much
- astral ballad did more dmg
- kinda sucked

I decided to make Cast 2 right away, and with the help of some friends and random people i was able to.

Lots of TM 69 farming to make this
Finally done...time to start farming for r9.3 b:bye ill troll tournament and make a 80 seeker for nw with this.
Thoughts
This Swords are completly OP...
Gloom - which procs from hitting stuff 30% Success rate (120%-140% weapon attack, 10 sec buff) Pwi wiki says gloom procs 100% weapon dmg but ive checked...warsoul gives more.
Gloom can stack with Sharpen (40%) and Barb buff.(40%) This 3 combos make a lethal consistent seeker...imagine pking someone, already hitting pretty hard...then you get a 120-140% weapon attack buff for 10 seconds lol its nice :D

    Personally, if I had spare cash to throw around, I'd troll like cheze did with the weeks long event card spam. To each their own, though. I'd probably get a warsoul weapon to troll the tourney also. Get used to those sins, though.

    You're probably misinterpreting something about those weapons having 2 procs.
    Weapon procs always give the "Increased Physical Attack" status icon.
    The "Sharpen" status icon comes from spark burst, base buffs, shining pill, tidal wafer, and chrono fragments (from OHT).

    that was what i thought at first...but when you get hit (kinda like purify) the warsoul swords procs sharpen buff, then when you hit something it proc's gloom. I gotta go afk for couple hours but ill add screenshots and maybe a video to show you

    at first i thought maybe it was a glitch that i had three attack buff icons on my character, but its no glitch, 1 from barb buff, then weapon procs sharpen and gloom...i tested this, but like i said ill make a quick video when i get back to show you

    Congrats on the swords! :D It seems like they would favor cycling the faster skills before nuking to keep gloom on.

    Grats! they look more stunning than in photos I've seen on ecatomb.

    The pwcn version does give an extra effect add on for the 2nd cast (pierce or 50+ attk lvl). It is possible that the sword in our version can have a second proc effect not written on the weapon's description.

    If you are planning to give it to a lower level seeker alt for tournament, how about also try soloing RB gamma and see how far you can go :) I had plans to do this to help people level their mid level alts for free, and keep all the mystical tome frags they earn.

    Priorities? Last I checked this was a game, I am pretty sure the point of a game is to have fun in a way that you the player enjoy. Obviously to him it was not a waste of money, since he is happy with them and has the money to throw around anyway. I

    f your aim is to have the top PvP capable gear then yes in my eyes this might be a waste of money better spent on other things.

    Neat weapon gratz on that. It actually deals quite more DMG then the r9r2 sword....without zerk ofc. If zerk wouldn't proc that much I would go so far to say that the dual sword warsoul rec deals even more overall DMG. And they look freaking amazing.

    If what you say is true that cou get 2 buffs from that weapon then it could probably be stronger then r9r2. Well let's get your video proof there. Never the less. this weapon is great (:

    Congratulations on the swords. I, too, hope to acquire them--after my Seeker gets R9rr. Usefulness and looks are both important to me, in this game.

    Refine that to about 10 and you'll reach strength levels only seekers like me can dream about.

    Dual swords really are the seeker signature weapon, and not that 1 handed **** we got pigeon hole'd into.

    i think the other proc was shinning pill, thanks for clearing that up Asterelle i was in a rush so i didnt have time.

    But yea its pretty neat, you can combine Shining (50% weapon attack) + gloom(100% weapon attack) plus barb attack buff(40% weapon attack) = 190% weapon dmg increase is very good

    I was considering getting the warsoul sword that decreases an enemy P.Def so I can switch when I get a proc. But I don't know the duration on it, so I'm not sure yet...
    It is said that apple pie is best served Al La Mode, so if you are the pie, consider me your ice cream.

    nah bro don't do that, get r9.3 axes and get purge proc on a r8r weapon. plus i had pierce on first cast and it rarely proced, warsoul weapons are inferior to r9.3 weapons :D i just got this cause i was bored and it looked cool lol

    My r8r weapon is an axe, can't go back on that. I have it set as defense levels because the problem with purge is that it cannot proc with something that already has a debuff, which is basically all of my skills (slows etc) so it will basically never proc with an axe. The swords would be used only to debuff then switch to axes for the damage. No way in hell would the swords be a valid weapon. It would basically be a 1v1 scenario thing for some added damage.

    However, I'll trust the judgement that it rarely procs.

    And Walp, the thing about bring barbs to devour - finding a barb willing to PvP with you on this server is no easy task. In PvE, why would I even use swords? So of course I'd rather havr a barb devouring, but how long am I willing to spend on it? And on that note, I can't bring a barb in a 1v1. Then it isn't a 1v1.

    I might do it for my seeker anyway, just for the laughs.

    according to pwi - Pierce Has a chance to decrease opponent's physical defense. 5% success rate, i wont be surprise if chances were higher for cast 2. For example, the gloom perk is suppose to give 100% weapon attack, the gloom on the warsoul gives 120%-130%
    Also Cast 2 rarely proced for me because i am a seeker. Our stances lower proc rate because they proc also. Bms can attack faster so pierce would prob work better with your class.

    If Gof isn't something you want then go for it :D, warsoul weapons are great...My swords are pretty powerful. They are more consistent than R9.3 one hand weapons that rely more on Zerk to kill. With barb buff(40%), sharpen buff(40%) and gloom proc(120-140, the weapons can pretty much own, and for 10 seconds!

    It comes down to this? would you rather have 1 crazy life ending proc or get a pretty good life ending proc for 10 seconds :D

    I'm not gonna say don't do it :D but maybe find out more about bm cast 2 sword before you make the move or just do it like i did and hope it looks cool lol

    Lol, well I will be getting the r9t3 axes before I consider any warsoul weapons. I saw a BM on our server in NW with a warsoul pole and the damn thing was locking people with it's proc. The rate was just crazy. There's another one with dual axes that procs crazy as well, but the bleed is not something I'm thrilled about.

    I was, however, considering warsoul polehammer for my barb before I would even think of the swords for my BM because...well, why not? It would be fun. This is a game, no fun = bad game experience :P

    But as I said, any warsoul weapons would be experiments and will be held off until I'm fully sharded, or at least mostly, and well refined. As of now, it's not worth the dent in my catshop.

    My only question is on going from first cast to second how many chicken stones it cost to keep refines and shards?
